• If your package has not been received despite the carrier's tracking status showing "Delivered," please first check the area surrounding your residence, ask your neighbors, or contact your local post office.
• If the package is confirmed to be lost, please contact us within 3 to 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, providing your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.

8.2 Damaged Packages

• Please inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage, please consider taking photographs and noting "Damaged Packaging" before signing for the delivery.
• If the contents of the package are damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 to 5 business days of receipt, providing clear photographs or videos as evidence.

8.3 Delivery Delays

• Delivery times are estimates only. International shipping, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier network issues may all result in delays.
• Amora Commerce Inc. has no control over these external factors and assumes no liability for any delays resulting therefrom.

8.4 Incorrect Addresses or Undeliverable Packages

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because no one was available to sign for the delivery, will incur additional shipping charges. If the package requires reshipment, the buyer must pay the new shipping fee.
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment (subject to shipping fees) or to issue a refund in the form of store credit (minus the original shipping costs and processing fees).
